If you've taken the First Step Shooting Basic Pistol Course, you already know that practice makes perfect - and not just at the range. Hanging out around the house with some spare time on your hands? Take a few minutes to practice loading and clearing your firearm... BUT NOT WITH LIVE AMMO!!!
You don't want to be the person who accidently shoots themselves or someone else. So what do you practice with, then?
ANSWER: SNAP CAPS!
Snap caps, or "Dummy Rounds," are essentially fake rounds that pretty much come in all calibers, and because their fake, they can't be fired out of your pistol or revolver. That means you can practice loading magazine or cylinder, and racking your slide all day long, while all the while keeping yourself and others around you safe.
